第1条（事業者）1. Controller

本サービスの運営者は、RANRANソリューションズ（英：RANRAN Solutions。以下「当社」）です。個人情報保護に関するお問い合わせは、bellink@ranranweb.com までご連絡ください。 The Service is operated by RANRAN Solutions (“we”, “us”). For privacy inquiries, write to bellink@ranranweb.com.

第2条（本ポリシーの適用）2. Scope

本ポリシーは、利用者が本サービス（スマートフォンアプリケーションおよび bellink.ranranweb.com 上の関連ウェブページ）を利用する際に、当社が取得し、利用し、保管し、または第三者に提供する個人情報に適用されます。本ポリシーに定めのない事項は、個人情報の保護に関する法律その他の関係法令に従います。 This policy applies to personal information we collect, use, store, or disclose when you use the Service, including the mobile application and related pages on bellink.ranranweb.com. Matters not covered here are governed by applicable law, including Japan’s Act on the Protection of Personal Information.

第3条（取得する情報）3. Information we collect

当社は、本サービスの提供に必要な範囲で、次の情報を取得します。 We collect the following information as needed to provide the Service.

• アカウント識別情報。メールアドレスの登録は任意です。登録する場合は、メールアドレスおよび認証に必要な情報を取得します。パスワードは、当社が平文で閲覧できる形では保管しません。Account identifiers. An email address is optional. If you register one, we collect the address and information needed for authentication. We do not store passwords in a form we can read in plain text.
• 表示名、フレンド追加用の公開ID、プロフィール画像、公開IDによる検索の可否。Display name, public ID used to add friends, profile photograph, and whether the public ID may be searched.
• フレンド関係、フレンド申請の送受信記録、グループおよび通知テンプレート。Friendships, friend-request history, groups, and notification templates.
• 通知のタイトル、本文、添付画像、送信・受信履歴、開封の有無、返事、予約および定期送信の設定。Notification titles, messages, attached images, send and receive history, whether a notification was opened, replies, and scheduled or repeating settings.
• 通知を端末へ届けるための端末識別子および通知トークン。これらは他の利用者には公開しません。Device identifiers and notification tokens used to deliver alerts. These are not shown to other users.
• 受信可能な時間帯、フレンドごとの受信設定、通知の時刻を合わせるためのタイムゾーン。Hours during which notifications may be received, per-friend receiving settings, and the time zone used for scheduling.
• メールアドレス登録の過程で、確認メールの送信履歴および確認完了の記録。Records of confirmation emails and whether the confirmation link was opened, while an email address is being registered.

第4条（利用目的）4. Purpose of use

• 本サービスの提供、維持、本人確認、不正利用の防止および送信頻度の制限。Providing and maintaining the Service, verifying identity, preventing misuse, and limiting how often notifications may be sent.
• フレンドの追加、通知の作成・予約・配信、開封および返事の表示。Adding friends, creating, scheduling and delivering notifications, and showing whether they were opened or answered.
• 確認メールおよびパスワード再設定メールの送信。送信元は bellink@ranranweb.com です。Sending confirmation and password-reset messages from bellink@ranranweb.com.
• お問い合わせへの対応、および本ポリシーもしくは利用規約の変更に関するご案内。Responding to inquiries and communicating changes to this policy or the terms of use.

当社は、広告配信、個人情報の販売、または本サービスと無関係な第三者への提供を目的として、個人情報を利用しません。 We do not use personal information to serve advertising, sell it, or disclose it to third parties unrelated to the Service.

第5条（第三者提供および委託）5. Disclosure and processors

表示名およびプロフィール画像は、フレンドならびにフレンド申請の相手方に表示されます。利用者が送信した通知の内容、開封の有無および返事は、当該通知の相手方に表示されます。公開IDはフレンド追加のために用いられます。公開IDによる検索を無効にしている場合でも、利用者が提示した QR コードからの申請は受け付けることがあります。メールアドレスおよび通知配信用の端末識別子は、他の利用者には提供しません。 Your display name and profile photograph are shown to friends and to people involved in a friend request. The content of a notification you send, and whether it was opened or answered, is shown to the people on that notification. Your public ID is used to add friends. Even if public-ID search is off, a request may still be accepted from a QR code you present. Your email address and delivery-device identifiers are not disclosed to other users.

当社は、アカウント、通知、画像の保管および端末への通知配信のため、Google LLC が提供する Firebase（Google Cloud）を利用します。これにより、個人情報が国外で取り扱われることがあります。法令に基づく場合、人の生命、身体または財産の保護のために必要な場合であって本人の同意を得ることが困難である場合、その他法令で認められる場合を除き、本人の同意なく個人情報を第三者に提供しません。 We use Firebase (Google Cloud), provided by Google LLC, to store accounts, notifications and images and to deliver alerts to devices. Personal information may therefore be processed outside your country. Except as required or permitted by law, including where necessary to protect life, body or property and consent cannot reasonably be obtained, we do not disclose personal information to third parties without your consent.

第6条（保管期間）6. Retention

当社は、利用目的の達成に必要な期間、個人情報を保管します。アカウントが削除されたときは、次条に従い、遅滞なく削除または匿名化します。ただし、法令上の保存義務がある場合、および不正利用の調査のために必要な場合は、当該目的に必要な範囲で保管することがあります。 We retain personal information for as long as needed for the purposes described above. When an account is deleted, we delete or anonymize it without undue delay, subject to the next section. We may retain information longer where required by law or reasonably necessary to investigate misuse.

第7条（アカウント削除）7. Account deletion

利用者は、アプリケーション内の手続により、自己のアカウントを削除できます。削除により、プロフィール、フレンド関係、グループ、テンプレート、未送信の予約および定期通知、ならびに当該利用者に紐づく端末情報は削除されます。すでに相手方の受信箱へ到達した通知は、相手方の履歴として残ることがあり、送信時に表示されていた表示名または画像が含まれることがあります。公開IDは、同一のIDが第三者に再発行されないよう、識別子として残します。メールアドレス未登録のまま端末の機種変更、アプリケーションの再インストールまたは初期化を行った場合、当社は当該アカウントへの再アクセスを保証できません。 You may delete your account in the application. Deletion removes your profile, friendships, groups, templates, unsent scheduled or repeating notifications, and device records tied to that account. Notifications already delivered to another person’s inbox may remain as part of their history and may include the name or photograph shown at the time they were sent. Public IDs are retained as identifiers so that the same ID is not issued to someone else. If you change devices, reinstall the application, or reset the device without first completing email registration, we cannot guarantee that the account can be recovered.

第8条（開示、訂正、利用停止等）8. Access, correction and cessation

当社は、本人から、保有個人データの開示、訂正、追加、削除、利用停止または第三者提供の停止を求められたときは、本人確認のうえ、法令に従い、遅滞なく対応します。請求は bellink@ranranweb.com までご連絡ください。アプリケーション内のアカウント削除によっても、第7条に定める範囲の情報を削除できます。 Upon a request from the individual, and after verifying identity, we will, without undue delay and as required by law, disclose, correct, add to, delete, cease use of, or cease third-party provision of retained personal data. Write to bellink@ranranweb.com. You may also delete the information described in section 7 by deleting your account in the application.

第9条（安全管理）9. Security

当社は、漏えい、滅失または毀損の防止その他の安全管理のため、アクセス制限、通信の暗号化、委託先の監督その他の合理的な措置を講じます。ただし、インターネットを通じた通信の完全な安全性を保証するものではありません。 We take reasonable measures to prevent leakage, loss or damage, including access controls, encryption in transit, and supervision of processors. We do not warrant that communication over the internet is completely secure.

第10条（未成年者）10. Children

当社は、13歳未満の者から、保護者の同意なく故意に個人情報を取得しません。未成年者が本サービスを利用する場合は、保護者が本ポリシーおよび利用規約の内容を確認し、同意したうえでご利用ください。 We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without a parent’s or guardian’s consent. If a minor uses the Service, a parent or guardian should review this policy and the terms of use and agree before use.

第11条（ウェブサイトにおける取扱い）11. This website

bellink.ranranweb.com における言語の選択は、当該端末内にのみ保存します。本ウェブサイトの閲覧のためにアカウントは不要であり、当社は広告またはアクセス解析を目的とした情報を当該ページから取得しません。 The language choice on bellink.ranranweb.com is stored only on that device. An account is not required to read these pages, and we do not collect information from them for advertising or analytics.

第12条（改定）12. Changes

当社は、法令の改正、本サービスの変更その他の必要に応じて、本ポリシーを改定することがあります。改定後の本ポリシーは、本ページに掲載した時から効力を生じます。重要な変更がある場合は、アプリケーション内でも改めて同意を求めることがあります。 We may revise this policy as required by law or changes to the Service. The revised policy takes effect when posted on this page. For material changes, we may ask for agreement again in the application.
